1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, accessories, and invoices included.
- The item must not be in the non-returnable category (see Section 5 below).

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the product is defective/damaged.
- Our team will review your request and confirm the return process.
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the following ways:
- Digital Payments (bKash, Nagad, Card, etc.): Refund will be sent back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bKash/Nagad or store credit.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error, only a partial refund may be granted.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
4. Exchange Policy
We allow product exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Replacement item is in stock.
- Exchange request is made within 3–7 days of receiving the item.
In case the replacement is not available, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or hygiene products (e.g., undergarments, personal care)
