1. Customer Service Executive

• Location: Dhaka
• Type: Full-time
• Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve order and delivery issues promptly
  • Maintain customer satisfaction records
• Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred

2. Warehouse Assistant

• Location: Dhaka

  • Handle product sorting, packaging, and inventory
  • Ensure timely dispatch of orders
